A windmill
Lots of Rust…
Lots of Necklaces
The Details
Friday October 22nd from 5:00-8:30pm
$25 entry fee
In addition to early shopping we will also be hosting a Bloggers/Facebook Fan Ball
Wear a pageant sash that represents your blog, business, fan page or just you, and meet other bloggers, facebook fans, and new junkin friends.
We will be awarding prizes for the best sash
We will also be awarding prizes for the best dressed
Come dressed in your high society interpretation of Ruffles, Rust or Ruffles and Rust.
Someone will be crowned Ruffles & Rust Queen for the best overall outfit and sash combo.
I have my dress, now I’m making my sash with the name of my blog.
I had some cardstock letters, so I thought I should paint them gray, and then add a little glitter, attach to a ribbon…
But when I moved the letters I had painted, I realized I had premade sash just ready to go…hmmm I don’t suppose I would win the prize.
For tickets to the ball, just click here.
If you can’t make the Early Buying/Bloggers Ball, but would like to attend Saturday, here is a coupon. Just copy it, copy it several times if you like and give it to all of your friends. I get a prize for all the coupons turned in with my name, so copy enough for everyone!
There was a wonderful article today in the Everett Herald about the Ruffles and Rust Show.
Hope to see you there!

Girl, if the junk wasn't enticing enough, the chance to wear a banner, ride in the backseat of a convertible and do the princess wave is! How far is it from Texas and wonder how many bugs I'd get in my teeth on the trip up?
ReplyDeleteI almost be willing to risk it for a chance at that rolling cart!

P.S. I love the windmill too...now go find that drawer!
This looks like the most amazing event and oh how I wish I could be there. How fun it would be to meet some people with hearts for all this rusty and vintage like me.
